Dear Parents/Guardians of One-Act cast members

This fall’s one-act public performance will be on Thursday, November 7th at 7 pm. The
drama department has done a dinner theatre as a special bonus to our patrons in the past. It is not easy to pull off such a task, and this is why we are asking for your help. I am asking parents to donate food and/or run the dinner theatre service prior to curtain. We will be doing our traditional pasta (ziti or lasagna), salad, garlic bread, drink and dessert. A wait staff of students will be available to serve food that night but we will need a few adults to supervise.

Mrs. Schlichtemeier will cover plates, silverware, napkins, cups, and drinks. We usually plan on 100 people. We will need all food items brought to the school by 5 pm the day of the performance so we have time to cook it. If you are bringing hot items, please have them here by 6:30 pm. Any leftover food will be given to the cast after the performance and/or returned to you.
